Associates |
|
In 2010 Outset Israel founded 'Outset Associates', aimed at young professionals, offering them an introduction to the international art world. The support of the Associates is directed towards all Outset Israel projects. Associates are invited to attend a programme of events that includes curator-led tours of museum exhibitions, talks and discussions with leading art professionals as well as national trips.

IRIS RYWKIND BEN ZOUR
Director Outset Israel
Iris Rywkind Ben Zour joined Outset in December 2012. Iris has been an Outset patron since 2009 and is a member of the BFAMI Committee (British Friends of Israel Museums). She studied publishing at the London College of Printing, Arts History at Tel Aviv University and Curating and Critical Writing at Central Saint Martin College of Art. Iris holds a diploma in Modern and Contemporary Art Studies from Christie's education, London. Iris was the initiator and co-editor of 'Israel Art Now' (2009) published by Modan Publishing house. Iris has curated exhibitions and was involved in promoting Israeli art through special projects such as JCC, London and Fresh Paint Contemporary Art Fair, Tel Aviv. Recently she worked as Foreign Relations & Special Projects manager at the Shpilman Institute for Photography, Tel Aviv.

NITZAN WOLANSKI
Programme Director
Nitzan Wolanski joined Outset in November 2011.
She holds a BA in Literature and The Multidisciplinary Program in the Arts from Tel Aviv University, and she studied at the Seminar for Visual Culture, Criticism and Theory at Camara Obscura School of Art, Tel Aviv. Nitzan is currently the Director of International Relations at MoBY-museums of Bat Yam. She has previously worked at Fresh Paint Contemporary Art Fair, Tel Aviv, and at Studio Art Magazine.
