Kerstin Traube has been involved with Outset as a patron since the fund's inception. After studying to become a psychotherapist in London and founding Fresh Start, a counselling scheme based on art therapy programmes, she moved to Munich in 2005, starting Outset Munich in 2006 as a registered charity.

Kathleen Wildfeuer
Co-Director of Outset Munich
Kathleen Wildfeuer was born in Canada and during the 1980s worked in fashion and photography in Paris. She is now living in Munich and joined Outset Munich in 2006.

Dr. Arnold Lösler
Trustee
Dr. Arnold Lösler joined Outset Munich in 2009 as has been on the board of trustees since January 2010. Having worked in the international health industry for many years and as a long-time art collector and enthusiast he will be responsible for development and forging corporate partnerships.

Marion Pearson
Trustee
Marion Pearson was born in the UK. Having completed a degree in Business Administration, she worked predominantly in the field of Human Resources. She moved moved to Munich in 2005, and, following a keen interest in art, joined Outset in 2009.

Gwen Neumann
Trustee
Gwen joined Outset Munich in January 2010.
After obtaining her BA in International Hospitality Management in The Hague, she joined Disneyland Paris. Her career in Corporate Events Organisation took her around Europe. For the last 6 years she lived in London, where she worked for a theatre Charity. It was here that she gained experience in charitable fundraising and event management in the Arts.
